  • The portrait session serves as an excellent choice for various photographic requirements. This comprehensive session comprises:

    • The photographer's expertise and time, extending up to 1 hour at the chosen location.
    • Travel coverage within a 30-mile radius (additional mileage charges may apply for locations beyond this range).
    • A personalized, online gallery hosting over 50 fully downloadable, high-resolution images, accessible for viewing within the specified timeframe.

The session fee is due at the time of the session and can be paid with check or cash.  For most clients, sales tax will not be required.  According to Tennessee sales tax law, sales tax (at a rate of 9.75%) will be added to the full cost of photography services only when photographs or other products are transferred by a tangible medium (e.g., printed photographs, albums, or by discs such as CDs, DVDs, etc.).  Sales tax is not required if photographs are transferred to the client through the online gallery.

A $25 charge will be added incrementally for every 30 minutes above and beyond the standard 1 hour session.  Time and lighting is very important, so it is crucial that clients show up on time.
